In 1771, the twin lighthouses on Thacher Island, off the coast of Cape Ann, Massachusetts, were built as a navigational tool to aid "safe passage" for Europeans first entering the United States. In 2001 the lighthouses were designated a National Historic Landmark by the National Park Service of the U.S. Department of the Interior. At Rockport Ventures, we have chosen this historic site to signify our commitment to guide our global network of clients into successful partnerships.
